Dallas Morning News

Our Dallas Morning News ad is a full-color half page advertisement in the Real Estate Section that runs every Saturday. We utilize our ad to promote open houses, just listed properties, and price reductions. 

Just Listed Postcards

Our Just Listed postcards feature a photo of your home on the front, along with a full description on the back. These postcards are mailed to target markets within a certain radius of your address in order to ensure attracting a greater potential of interested buyers.

Full Color Brochures

Soon after your home is listed on the market, you will receive brochures that will be placed in the home for showings. These brochures include photos of the home, along with key features, a full description, and room dimensions.

Divine Properties Magazine

Divine Properties is Cindy's 32-page quarterly magazine, it features all of Cindy's current listings and is distributed to over 22,000 addresses in the Dallas area to provide maximum exposure. 

Avid Golfer Magazine

Every month we select 11 properties to be advertised in our full spread in Avid Golfer. This is sent out to 45,000 subscribers, country clubs, daily fee courses, retail stores and doctors' offices, events and trade shows; in addition to being sold on newsstands.
